EMIGRATION: Amanda Conger went to Litchfield, MI in 1856, was married and went back to NY state to live, but returned to Michigan in 1861. They lived in Saginaw, MI for several years. After helping to fight the Big Fire of Michigan forests in 1871 they returned to Litchfield, MI.
